Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using The Groom Room's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

The Groom Room provides professional dog grooming services. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk
• Modify service pricing based on coat condition, behavior, or time required
• Require veterinary clearance for pets with health concerns
• Cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or weather

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment policies:

• Card on file is required to secure appointments and is subject to an estimated charge for no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior
• 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid cancellation fee
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

Payment Terms

Payment requirements:

• Payment is due at time of service completion
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Card on file may be subject to an estimated charge for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior, per our cancellation policy
• Additional fees may apply for de-matting, extra time, or special handling

Pet Health & Safety

Client responsibilities:

• Provide current vaccination records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella)
• Disclose any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns
• Ensure pets are free of external parasites (fleas, ticks)
• Authorize emergency veterinary care if needed (at owner's expense)

Liability

The Groom Room is not liable for pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health issues that may arise during or after grooming. We maintain professional liability insurance and follow industry safety standards.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
